By creating an account or using chamelAIn, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
chamelAIn provides tools to create, manage, and invoke AI personas via the web application and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations. Features may change during alpha and general availability rollout.
Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for members you invite to your workspace.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
- Use the service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or deceptive content at scale.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored where doing so would be misleading in a regulated context.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AI and MCP disclaimer
chamelAIn orchestrates AI personas and MCP tools. **Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.** You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions with legal, financial, safety, or medical consequences. MCP integrations run with the permissions you grant; revoke access when no longer needed. See AI and data handling for how persona content flows to MCP clients and third-party AI providers.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the chamelAIn platform. You retain rights in content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED **"AS IS"** AND **"AS AVAILABLE"** WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERSONAFORGE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, risk to the service, or as required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Existing users (alpha migration)
Users who created accounts before these Terms were published ("alpha users") may continue to sign in without re-accepting on each login. New accounts must accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy at registration. Alpha users are encouraged to review updated Terms; continued use after notice of material changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing law
